    The room in the Club Beautiful Double Room Club Lounge Access was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection lacked variety.

    Most things were in good working order

    Room too hot at night. Set the temperature to 15 degrees (the mininum) but the actual temperature was well above that. Outside the temp was minus five!! Also I thought it was expensive, but am not familiar with prices in Korea so it may not have been

    Location was great. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and modern.

    Note that the mattresses are a bit harder than I am used to, and I was unable to disable the room's excessive heating. t was a bit stifling at times and the air conditioning was disabled.

    It is very nice hotel and the location was at the middle of the town.

    There is no wi fi at the room nether the hotel wi fi nor other company ( I. E. telecommunication). The wi fi available at the lobby where there is only two chairs. So, if the wi fi is important to you to do not come to this hotel

    The Lotte Ulsan was great with spacious, modern rooms and an excellent breakfast selection. The gym was a standout feature, and the staff were helpful.

    They always had a smile on their faces and were very courteous. The reception team was really good, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. The rooms were beautifully clean and spacious, with comfortable beds adorned with plenty of squashy pillows. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the plentiful supply of glasses and even a corkscrew for our wine purchases from the Lotte Department Store next door. The shower was excellent, with luxurious toiletries provided. The hotel's location was ideal, surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. the spa was a nice feature, and the staff there were kind and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool, a good size, and there were always plenty of towels, toiletries, and dressing gowns available. we had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan.

    Although the hotel offered valet parking, we experienced some difficulty finding parking due to long queues. It's possible this was due to the holiday, but regardless, we would recommend utilizing the valet service.

    Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was a great experience! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful with anything we needed. the location of the hotel is amazing, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop area was a great spot to watch the fireworks.

    The communication with some staff members was a bit of a challenge due to language barriers, but it didn't affect the overall experience. the elevators were sometimes crowded and took longer than expected to arrive, but we were in no rush to get anywhere.

    The hotel had a great location in the city, making it easy to explore the local area and find delicious Korean food nearby. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the gym facilities were impressive and allowed me to workout during my stay.

    The hotel's breakfast selection was quite limited and finished early, so I often missed out. my Easter at this hotel was not the experience I had hoped for.
